Mission Statement

To tirelessly research heroes who compassionately crusaded for peace using excellence, dignity, and endurance as their weapons of choice. To develop exceptional leadership and educational programs embracing these hero's values, wisdom, crisis-management, and problem-solving skills.

Definition of a Hero of Peace

Heroes of peace, without regard to personal consequences, embrace obstacles as opportunities for growth, utilize fear as a means to show courage, protect and maintain the dignity of their adversaries, crusade compassionately for those unable to speak for themselves, and celebrate diversity for the enrichment of mankind.

Why Do We Need Heroes?

We all need inspirational heroes as role models for our lives. Many of today's  heroes are often sports figures, celebrities, and rock stars whose lives are laced with controversy as well as frequent appearances in our over-crowed court rooms. Where can we find exemplary heroes with proven values demonstrating respect for their fellow humans? How can we learn conflict resolution practices ending in peaceful solutions with dignity and respect being preserved for all? When will we understand and value a work ethic showing the rewards for diligence and quality?  How long before forgiveness presides over revenge? This will lead to the acceptance of diversity and help extinguish the embers of discrimination.

Heroes of Peace

The organization: Modeling Future Heroes, Inc. is a corporation whose mission statement is above. We offer seminars, workshops, keynote speeches, and curriculums custom designed for educational institutions, corporations, the military, and community service organizations. Individuals who can master these inspiring characteristics can greatly enhance their personal and business relationships.

Our keynote speeches, seminars, workshops, and classes are based on how heroes accomplished their incredible deeds. Our goal is to share with you what we have discovered about these remarkable individuals and how they repeatedly overcame seemingly impossible obstacles with peaceful solutions.

Our selected heroes:

  1. Accomplished their many tasks under adverse conditions embracing obstacles as opportunities for growth.
  2. Only encouraged positive change through their examples of excellence.
  3. Guided their behavior on their values, not on how others behaved toward them.
  4. Did not allow hardships to distract them from their goals.
  5. Peacefully handled conflict.
  6. Always protected the dignity of their adversaries

Modeling Future Heroes, Inc. provides you the opportunity to study these peaceful problem-solving characteristics and adapt them into your life.  Perhaps you can become a role model to others; perhaps you can become a future hero!

  4. Each day is a battle for control; not for control over others, but for control over how we respond to them.
  5. Diversity may be the most valued and yet untapped resource in any organization.
  6. Demeaning others gives them power to rise above you.
  7. It's not what happens to you that matters; it's how you react to what happens to you that determines your character.
  8. A true leader serves as a spokesperson for those less able to speak for themselves.
  9. Learn the heroes' problem-solving and conflict-resolution methods.
